Handshake Leads makes private introductions between individuals and asset owners or operators. We are not a broker-dealer, real estate brokerage, or investment adviser, and we do not hold client funds.
No public offering
Nothing on this site is an offer, solicitation, or advice. Figures are indicative and subject to change until confirmed in writing between the parties.
Confidentiality
Material we share in the course of an introduction is for your evaluation only. Circulating it ends the introduction.
Your responsibility
Independent legal, tax, and financial advice is your responsibility before any commitment. We will introduce counsel on request but the decision is yours.
